Sorry, but
because of a few, we are no longer taking orders from new individual
customers. Also please note, unless you are a current customer in
good standing, we will no longer fill orders from individuals at all.
We hated to do this, but too many were taking advantage of our
generosity in allowing individuals to purchase at wholesale and then
refusing to pay their shipping costs. If you need more

Due to cold storage
restraints orders may be delayed... if you have an urgent need call
first to discuss shipping date, or time. Please note we will
no longer facilitate LTL, or Truckload shipping arrangements... you must
make your own arrangements for pick up and delivery with your preferred
trucking company.
Also note that you
will be accessed a separate charge for shipping... it will be
added to the credit card used for purchasing. It will likely say
from NM CHILI, or Develop E-Biz which are our parent companies.
Also if there is a rush, or desired delivery date, please send
us and email to that effect: info@wholesalechili.com.
Frozen Hatch
green chili/chile can be shipped year around. We ship second
day Fed Ex to all 50 states and Puerto Rico, street address
only. No P.O. Boxes, please. We ship out frozen products
on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. Most deliveries are
made by noon on the second day following shipment. Please plan
to have someone available or make arrangements to receive the
shipment on the day of delivery.
We cannot be responsible for un-received shipments that thaw and
spoil. If you have any questions regarding delivery times in
your area, please call your local Fed Ex, or applicable shippers
office. Product Shelf life: 2 yrs. (frozen). Storage
conditions: frozen when shipped -- keep frozen until used.
Orders may not be processed for up to 5 days depending on
volume. Once again, please use the "Comments Section" of the
check out form to indicate preferred heat, or a desired shipping
deadline, etc.
If you have us use
"air cargo" for your order shipment, you we will need you to
ad the airport drop off fee. Please include the fee
($35.00) with your actual order. Below is the fee to ad to

you do not use the proper rate, we will not ship the order. The default
is set for 100 plus cases... be sure to adjust to fit your order. Please view cart to insure your order is
